Brian Barcelona serves as the President and Operator of Limestone Property Management. A Florida native with more than ten years of experience in South Florida Property Management, Brian specializes in managing large-scale communities comprising of high-rise buildings.

Passionate about property management and his clients’ success, Brian’s impressive portfolio includes overseeing multi-million-dollar operating budgets and successfully executing a diverse range of projects. Projects include concrete restoration, elevator modernization, engineering life safety systems, 40-year inspections, 50-year inspections, and Structural Integrity reserve studies. Brian is dedicated to excellence and professionalism in all his endeavors, and his focus on client success is unwavering.

Outside of work, Brian is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also has a passion for golfing, karaoke, traveling, public speaking, and reading. These interests showcase his well-rounded and dynamic personality, which complements his professional achievements.
